In the living room, Catalina and Judy were busy doing their handicrafts. Ariana’s eyes lit up upon seeing this. She made her way over to chat with them while also picking up some materials to craft alongside them.
Ariana put her phone on the table and busied herself with crafting while chatting with Catalina and Judy. After a while, the screen of her phone lit up. There was a new message from the show’s crew, asking her to choose from the selection of makeup photos.
Catalina glanced at Ariana’s phone. She was curious when she saw the message. “Choose a photo? Let me help you. What kind of show is it?” she asked.
“It’s a love-variety show called The Evening of Soulful Expressions, and I’m one of the female guests,” Ariana answered truthfully.
As soon as she said this, Catalina and Judy were both stunned. They exchanged glances and then looked at Ariana in unison.
Catalina looked calm on the surface. But deep inside, her heart raced wildly in anxiety.
Was it for real? Ariana was going to participate in a love-variety show?

She didn’t know if the show was scripted or not. If it was scripted, it would be easy to deal with. She could just ask someone to change it. But if it wasn’t scripted, things would be unpredictable. What if Ariana fell in love with a male guest? If so, Ariana would no longer be her future daughter-in-law.
